MondialPlay ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the MondialPlay app and website at mondialplay.app.
When you sign in to MondialPlay using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive or store your Google password. We also collect information you provide during gameplay, including your username, game scores, achievements, and multiplayer participation history.
MondialPlay uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. By signing in with Google, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name and email). We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google services beyond your public profile. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com.
We use your information to create and maintain your player profile, track your game scores and achievements, enable multiplayer game sessions and watch parties, send game invitation emails when you choose to invite friends, and improve the MondialPlay experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you join a multiplayer Bingo game, your display name and email address are visible to other players in the same game session. Game results, including scores and rankings, are recorded and associated with your account. You may appear in leaderboards visible to other players in your watch party.
Your game scores, achievements, cognitive performance metrics, movement activity, and streak data are stored as part of your player profile. This data is used to display your progress, calculate leaderboard rankings, and provide personalized game recommendations. Historical session data is retained until you delete your account.
Your data is stored securely using Base44's cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
You can permanently delete your MondialPlay account at any time from the Profile page. Upon deletion, we remove your player profile, game session history, invitations, and associated game data. Your underlying Google account is not affected. Account deletion is irreversible. To delete your account: open the app → Profile → Delete Account.
MondialPlay is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@mondialplay.app and we will delete that information promptly.
MondialPlay uses browser local storage to remember your language preference and pending game session data (such as a game code you were about to join). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of MondialPlay after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
